"Nia" is Swahili for purpose.
Why Niaa
Localization keeps failing - not for lack of will, but for lack of the right tool. Funding is slow and top-down. Reporting burdens the very people doing the work. And impact stays hard to show - costly, slow, patchy.

Who's behind it
Dr. Ronald Steyer - 15+ years in public funding institutions, international cooperation, line & project management, and management consulting.
The ambition: take the people who get things done seriously as social entrepreneurs - and make funding simple, transparent, and effective. Niaa is currently in development; we're looking for funders who want to back engaged people in new ways and co-design the first pilots with us.
